No, even in the rain we train! The only time it would be cancelled would be if it was too dangerous to go ahead. Modifications may be made to a session to work better in different weather.

No, I actively encourage everyone no matter size, gender, age, ability or fitness level to come and join our community for classes.
The classes are for anyone over the age of 16.
You don’t have to be ‘fit’ to attend classes. Classes are for all fitness levels and with my personal training qualification I have plenty of adaptations and variations at hand so everyone can join in.
We offer a trial week where you can pay a reduced rate to try one week of classes with us!
Luckily, I’m pre and post-natal trained so can offer appropriate variations for those who would like to join classes. However, I always recommend getting in touch with me first so we can talk through a few details as everyone’s experience of pregnancy is different.
We don’t offer the chance to freeze memberships here at G.Nix Fitness. I always recommend continuing with exercise even with injury, as due to my personal training qualification I can adapt sessions to suit each individual eg. Shoulder injury? No problem, we can focus on lower body. Please always contact me to make me aware of any injuries prior to sessions.
No, we don’t offer membership freezing, however our memberships are extremely flexible so if you can’t make any classes in those two weeks you can make them up in the remainder of the month. You can also move between membership options if necessary and with sufficient notice.
Please cancel classes if you are unable to attend as they have limited numbers, and someone may be on the waitlist for that class. If it is within 2hours of the class start time then the credits will be lost.
ONLINE WORKOUTS
All live classes are recorded and saved to the Instagram page to do at a time more convenient for you.
There is no limit to catch up videos. You can catch up as many times as you like using different videos or even the same ones. Catch up is UNLIMITED!
During workouts I always provide low and high intensity options so that everyone can join in and choose whichever works better for them.
Equipment is not compulsory but is encouraged. We have a mixture of bodyweight and equipment-based workouts so everyone can join in.
The length of classes varies so there is something for every occasion. There are classes anywhere from 10-30 minutes so whether you need a quick sweat or stretch or a longer workout there is something there for you.
PERSONAL TRAINING
All measurement tracking is completely optional and flexible to each client. It’s great that you’re just showing up to feel good and focus on mental health.
Where the sessions take place is up to the client, I currently have space for PT in Ruislip and Harefield or I can come to you (if you’re local) or there’s even the option to do them outside in a local space.
NONE! You may be a beginner to fitness or have an exercise history but these sessions are personalised completely to you so I will build a programme bespoke to your goals and fitness levels.
Payment for packages is taken on the 1st of every month once you have signed up. You will receive a T&Cs document detailing everything you need to know regarding payments.
Payment will be taken pro rata and then commence as normal from 1st of the next month.
No, I provide all equipment.
I offer a free discovery call where we can discuss your goals and lifestyle further to see which package will best suit you, however I always recommend for fastest results and most guidance that clients always start on the top package and then move down the packages as they become more independent and gain the knowledge, they need to be able to hold themselves more accountable.
