QUESTIONS

No, even in the rain we train! The only time it would be cancelled would be if it was too dangerous to go ahead. Modifications may be made to a session to work better in different weather.
Please bring a mat, some water and a smile with you to all classes!
No, I actively encourage everyone no matter size, gender, age, ability or fitness level to come and join our community for classes.
The classes are for anyone over the age of 16.
You don’t have to be ‘fit’ to attend classes. Classes are for all fitness levels and with my personal training qualification I have plenty of adaptations and variations at hand so everyone can join in.
We offer a trial week where you can pay a reduced rate to try one week of classes with us!
Luckily, I’m pre and post-natal trained so can offer appropriate variations for those who would like to join classes. However, I always recommend getting in touch with me first so we can talk through a few details as everyone’s experience of pregnancy is different.
We don’t offer the chance to freeze memberships here at G.Nix Fitness. I always recommend continuing with exercise even with injury, as due to my personal training qualification I can adapt sessions to suit each individual eg. Shoulder injury? No problem, we can focus on lower body. Please always contact me to make me aware of any injuries prior to sessions.
No, we don’t allow membership freezing, however our memberships are extremely flexible so if you can’t make any classes in those two weeks you can make them up in the remainder of the month. You can also move between membership options if necessary and with sufficient notice.
Please cancel classes if you are unable to attend as they have limited numbers, and someone may be on the waitlist for that class. If it is within 2hours of the class start time then the credits will be lost.

Classes take place in Bishop Ramsey School, Manor Farm and The Studio at CrossFit Ickenham. Full addresses are viewable on our schedule and sent upon booking confirmation.
Yes – when you sign up, you’re committing to two billing cycles: your initial payment and one renewal. This helps us plan our classes and keep things running smoothly for everyone. After that your membership can be cancelled with 30 days written notice.
Nope! You can use your credits however you like, try different classes, mix up your week, or keep it consistent. It’s totally up to you.
Of course! And if they’re new, they can use our “first class free” offer too. We love welcoming fresh faces. PLUS each member who refers a friend that signs up using their unique referral code receives a FREE class credit for themselves!

We get it — sometimes finding childcare isn’t easy. Well-behaved little ones are welcome to sit nearby during certain classes, as long as they don’t disrupt the session or pose a safety risk. Just drop us a message beforehand so we can let you know which classes and venues are most suitable.
We only offer membership freezes in exceptional circumstances (such as injury, medical reasons, or extended travel), and a restart date must be agreed at the time of pausing. This helps us keep our membership numbers manageable and ensures our community stays consistent and supported. If something comes up, just get in touch and we’ll do our best to help.
