Summary
This class is great for those who want to lift heavier, hit goals, perfect their technique and do it in a safe, inclusive and friendly environment.
It’s also great for beginners who are new to using weights and want to learn how to lift safely before joining other faster paced classes.
Using free weights (kettlebells, dumbbells, barbells) and resistance bands to strengthen each muscle group, whilst learning how to lift heavy safely and with good form, we use reps and sets to increase strength, confidence and track visible progress.
